I am an artist and I can not be confined
I do not run by the clock or time

I am who I am and I can not be what they want me to be
I live for the day so no one can say

It's over

How do I look you in the eyes? when I know that is over?

I keep my mind on other things.... I keep getting stronger....

Time keeps slipping by and I keep getting older.......

I am standing here, but my heart drops to the floor.... I just realize, you don't love me anymore..

Where did our love go? are we living out this show?

Thank you for releasing all my demons

I can sleep at night because of your reasons

I used to be intoxicated with fear

I never realized I was hiding me

Facing me for the first time

Sober with no drink from wine

For the first time I can really see

That I will fulfill my destiny.

get out of my head
leave me alone

turn off the cyber world
no more answering my phone

I need some solitude far away.

Busy

Everyone I called today
only a few words to say

'I am so busy'
Are you so busy that when your friend needs you
you turn them away.

How many times must I call you until I never do again?

No one will listen and everyone is so busy.

Stop and listen to a friend even if its a minute of your day.

It may be all they need so let go of your selfish ways.

Take a minute to hear there needs.......

Take a minute to be sincere....

It may be you next time? Be a true friend....
