Play that guitar
It'll all be clear
In the morning

Sunny Boy
Flash those two eyes
And wash this
Colour-lessness blue

Not a dry eye or empty glass in the house
When he plays, by nine everybody is soused
For every bottom of the glass
There's another glass new
There's not a bottom of the heap he doesn't minister to

And paint this

Flying Spiders

Shhhh. Can you hear it?

Spinning all around us
Regaling and astounding thus
With acts of human kindness
That equally malign us
Stare into a spider's web
Captured in the neural ebb
A milky way of silken thread
With lines throughout the kingdom spread

Wait for the wedding day
Descend from the mountain tops
On silver strands of wire
Fly the spiders in the wind
