A Brother's Keeper
sorry sorry sorry
but i am not a brother's keeper
my hands tremble
my lips fumble
i am inside this cell
and there is no one there

On A Lonely Night Like This
on a lonely night like this
i envy the stars
i miss the moon and
the cool shadows of trees
on a lonely night like this
in the desert of my
dryness, i long for the rain
and the fog and the mist
on a lonely night like this
i begin to think
about you:
how are you death?

The Great Noble Fish
her father was a paper tiger
her mother was the river
all her children were leaves
except one which chose to be a fish
it jumped into the other side
to become the much talked about real dragon
he burned the paper tiger and sailed the rivers
he gathered all the leaves
and made a continent

Song Of A Mother
sleep well my little child
listen to my song
dream well my little child
to the hush of my song
your father is gone
and soon we will move out
from here
sleep well my child
for i will always be here
listen to my song
it will not have any note of sadness
sleep well my child
feel the wind of our submission

I Still Dream
i still dream of chrysanthemums
and daffodils to bloom on the coming springtime
i still dream of tranquil ponds where the lotus sits
like dignity
i still dream of birds that sing for me
i still dream of blue skies and dancing clouds
soft winds, and swans floating like snow melting on the lake
i still dream of red roses and blue butterflies hovering on them
i still dream because of you.

Father And Daughter
on a chair father sits
and daughter sits on his lap
mother is away
and father whistles a song
it was a long time
and mother dies earlier
than father
the daughter sets on a sail
far away
no one knows where
but everyone remembers
the talk becomes the official story
of the town
pretending to be happy just like any other
town in our history
the father dies and daughter

A Priori
love, bliss,
happiness, joys, and
sweet moments,
priced cheap
among the other
good on demand in the
market of emotions:
guilt, pain, regrets,
remorse, grief, lament,
depressing feelings,
suicidal thoughts,
isolation, doubt,
loneliness
more poems
are written on those
expensive
alcoholic, nauseating,
inebriating, outbalancing
beverages...

I Am A Sad Song. I Am The Song Of Death
i am a sad song
don't ever sing me
my lyrics are dangerous
to your quest for happiness
i am a very sad song
don't even ever whistle me
the dead have listened once
and they like being dead forever
those living hummed the tune
and they killed themselves in masse
for i am the song of death
so unforgiving and quick and decisive
it has the sharpest notes of incisions
and the cut is precise, the date so certain.
i am the song of death and you must dislike me.
do not run, i do not chase for i am just a song.
but soon in your ear, i will surely be there.
