Feel the flow of energy that exists in the circle
Be aware of the energy that plagues your soul
Show no fear for what your doing
Show no fear for what you are saying.

The energry comes from within.
Any fool can tell you that.
Once your in the circle
there is no turning back.
Feel the adrenaline rush as you move your legs
and feel the internally nirvanna all over your body.
'This is no exercise, it's a medicine for your body and soul.'

So dance and feel the wind be a part of you
So dance to feel the drums move you
and dance to feel world with you

But do not fear for what mother earth has given us:
Love, dance and culture.
Mother earth is your mother and mine.
