Nanna and Grandpa
In nostalgia I recall,
The things my memory tell,
Of all those little things,
And the thoughts that ring a bell.
Loved ones never die,
They live on for ever more,
This we should not deny,
Or we make our hearts grow sore.
Memories never cease,
Memories shall never depart,
They live for ever more,
Deep within the heart.
There they keep alive,
For the eternal God above,
In his memory they shall lie,
The very ones we love.

Man's Rule
I have searched for love,
Only to find hatred.
I searched for acceptance,
Only to find prejudice.
I searched for peace,
Only to find war,
I searched for freedom,
Only to be sentenced,
I looked for shelter,
But only found an open wintery sky.
I searched for water,
But nothing could quench my thirst.
The lord beckoned me,
From his throne on high.
They treated you with hatred,
But bath in my love.
They treated you with prejudice,
But my son I accept you.
They brought you war,
But I shall give you peace.

A reason to live
A man's reason to live is his very reason to die. His reason to live is his reason to sacrifice by his reason to love. His reason to love is his reason to die. If he died it would be a great sacrifice by reason of his faith. Then that reason of faith is substantiated if that love is good. Therefore his faith is purposeful.
A dangerous man has no reason to live and therefore no reason to love as all is lost. If that man has no love he has no reason for faith and he has no reason of faith because there is no love. He will give up his life easily. Look at the ones who love you and you will have the reason to live. That reason to live is what makes you believe in life. Therefore by reason of love you have faith and by reason of faith you have life. - John 17: 3
