Beauty Divine

when i look in the mirror
i know exactly what i want to see
the girls on the t.v
the people in the magazine
see i told myself that they were beautiful
and i thought it was because of them that the word beauty was so meaningful
but what i didn't know
was that they were putting on a show
and then i had to learn
that beauty is within me
it's not something i have to earn
so i keep this in my mind:
beauty is divine
and beauty is all mine
so when i look in the mirror
all i see is me
