Mother's Goodbye.

A stare of blindness,
A touch of prayer,
A cast of silence,
You’re no longer there,
A mother’s touch,
A heart of gold,
A mind of secrets,
None you told,
A home you made,
A home for all,
A home that’s safe,
The home did fall,
A mother is gone,
An angel is born,
A memory has left,
Her children torn,
A love has not stopped,
A love is still here,
A love is forever,
Her love is near.
