My Substitute
It is so true, what they say
so I eat chocolate, everyday
Nothing wrong with my sweet tooth
For chocolate is my substitute

Forever Fantasy
Words that are written so beautifully
But sadly remain her forever fantasy
Believing in true love and romance
A lonely heart that never got to dance

Kisses in the Morning
Kisses in the morning
I cannot give to you
So in this simple poem
I am writing them to you
A kiss because I love you
A kiss because I care
A kiss because I want to
kiss you everywhere......

Chocolate only fills my heart
Of many friends I have deprived
This is a statement I have defied
For years I have committed the sin
And still remained in slender skin
Chocolate only fills my heart
So no diet will I ever start
I can eat chocolate all day long
Tis a food my body thrives upon

Unforgettable Lyrics
'Well there's a story,
about a love in the sky
But to get it, you've got
to know where to fly
Gonna tell that lovely story
Gonna tell that lovely story.....'
Just found the words
to some of your songs
Still can hear your voice
And I am humming along
After thirty years, still
I remember the melody
My brother, you will never
Fade from my memory
(In memory of RMM)

Rock n Roll Heaven
Oh Freddie as I am watching you on tv
I can see how much you want to break free
Never before actually seen you in drag
You legend, you were the best rocker fag
What's it like in rock n roll heaven
Look out for my brother, a bass legend
And the other guy from the band
his guitar talks, Peter is also his name
And when you hear Styx, pieces of eight
you will understand how I feel & totally relate
We now have everything or so people say
But now this emptiness haunts me everyday

The Journey's End
The journey began with a baby's cry
So much love, such a happy sigh
Long road ahead, so much to discover
A rollercoaster ride for another mother
Filled with ups, mostly downs
Once big smiles now just frowns
Trying not to let the sadness show
Where is the man she used to know
When things go wrong, in this so called life
Don't feel you belong, no longer the wife
It is never easy to travel life's road
With no helping hand to carry the load
Trying just to make ends meet
Not always very much to eat
Nobody there for you to depend
All you long for is the journey's end
