Horrible Dream
I'm in a garden
When a giant beast barges in
I look to the beauty to my side
'I'll protect you behind the tree go hide! '
The mutt charges at me
Hmmm he missed? or could it be
A lonely dogg trying to befriend me
Looking for fun
Thats when the beauty tosses me a gun
'Kill him he's wild' she screams
I hit him over the head
repeatedly til he's dead
ugh.. horrible dreams

It's almost poetic
The way you speak
It's almost poetic
The way you think
The way you sleep and dream
It's almost poetic
The way I feel for you
It's almost poetic
The way we argue

When we say goodbye
Not knowing the next time
We'll see each other
You are the curved line
And I am the dot
That creates the question mark..

Love is a Tree
Only one girl on my mind
The girl I no longer have to find
I found her not long ago
Things moving slow
But that's fine with me
Love grows slowly like a tree
Soon it will be giant
And defiant
To the sky
As it grows way up high
We shall climb
Until there is no more time
And there we can stay
There we can lay
On the limbs
On my limbs
Entwined
They will never find
We never have to let go

Circumstances are not on our side
The laws by which we must abide
Too close and I know it

But it was them that brought us together

A hit that became a miss

Culture Forgotten
In a gringo society
Chicanos thrive
culture changing
as we try to survive
the vatos in the calles
kill our own kind
our culture we can't find
Aztec ancestors
Spanish savages
the blood of warriors
but our native tongue is tied
family from mexico, access denied
a fence divides
we act out in aggression
now la raza has tension
tattoos with meaning unknown
ignorance is whats really shown
our culture is lost

Time does not exist
time does not exist
we made it up...
imagine you ask someone
for the time and the
reply 'time is a fabrication of
the mind to cope with change.'
you'd think them to
be strange.
but the more you think about it
the more sense it makes.
time does not exist
when you finally comprehend it
everything else becomes a lie,
science will make no sense
history will not be in the past
time does not exist
what else doesn't exist...?

Is It Wrong
Is it wrong to fall asleep
Besides another
Nothing serious
They say I'm like her brother
But our bond is more than that
I can feel it and I'm sure she can too
We have a problem we can't just sweep under a mat
Different species may we be
Feline is she
Canine am I
Yet something clicked
Connected and so turned the wheels
I don't know how to stop it and if I did I probably wouldn't
I just want to know if its wrong and I dare not ask her

When I see you
I can't help but smile
I can't help but laugh
And when you do your dorky things,
I can't help but like you,
Yes your beautiful
But it's the little things you do
That makes you attractive
The nerdy things you say
You grow on me
How did I not see this stuff before?
I want you

Spanish in conquest
